Christopher Seeharack
Acquisitions
Chris started his career in sales in the home furnishings industry, quickly rising to the top 1% in his company earning distinguished honors and awards along the way. He then transitioned to the management side quickly after and continued to break records and take his teams to national award success. Chris has managed north of $125M in sales volume with multiple stores and 100s of staff under his leadership as regional sales and territory development manger for 3 multi billion dollar companies over his tenure.
Chris is quickly taking the expertise he’s gained from world class companies in the home furnishings industry and translating it into the multifamily real estate industry. Within less than a month of starting his new company and role, he acquired two student housing buildings in Philadelphia, PA and a property in NJ. By bridging gaps with seasoned real estate professionals, he’s truly building a culture and team of professionals that will once again rise to the top of the industry.
Junior Pitaso
Acquisitions
Junior’s entrepreneurial mindset became evident at a young age. From selling candy in grade school to opening his own automotive repair shop at the age of 21, he proved to be a natural born leader. After selling his auto business, Junior soon learned the process of scaling a business at the corporate level. Working as a consultant/advisor for the world’s top retailer in the home furnishings industry at over 5 billion in sales yearly, Junior was promoted into management taking on failing stores and turning them around. With proprietary strategies, he took those stores to new records and never before seen levels in key performance indicators.
After departing the home furnishings industry Junior transitioned his talent and skills into a multi-billion dollar food & beverage company. Once again taking his locations to new levels in monetary metrics & people development. With a desire to go into business for himself without constriction, Junior decided to join his father and other seasoned mentors in real estate to replicate his previous success.
Xavier Bernard

Since adolescence Xavier has strived for and achieved excellence in all that he practices. From high school valedictorian to successful entrepreneur, he has put forth all his time and effort in achieving his goals. Xavier’s vital skill of accurately predicting market trends and his technological savvy make him a significant asset to our clients and team. With his business knowledge from his own investments and previous work experience serving in technological companies, he decided to diversify into multi-family real estate and since has been such a strong asset to the team and our clients. As a managing partner in our company, we have witnessed this ambition not just for excellence, but for the success of his colleagues and clients in all that he does.
Priya Santos
Asset Manager
As an asset manager, Priya brings a wealth of knowledge from her background in teaching and her worldwide travels. With over a decade managing year-long curriculums, 6 classes a year, challenging parents, more than 150 students, and engaging in educational technology, she transfers that knowledge to our assets. Her experience managing full day itineraries on month long trips abroad, remotely and in person, Priya supervises numerous multi-family properties and management companies.
A skilled manager and operator, Priya uses effective time management, decision-making, and good communication skills to complete tasks and achieve goals. As a detail-oriented leader, she seamlessly juggles numerous accounts, tenants, projects, and concerns that arise. Priya is always on it!

Over the past 20 years, Ryan has become a proficient underwriter which has been critical in mitigating risks, identifying opportunities, developing strategic operating plans, and optimizing overall investor returns. Patricio Pitaso

Patricio moved to the US from the Dominican Republic with an economics degree to pursue his American Dream. After prosperously growing five accounting offices across the tri-state, Patricio translated that success into a $10 million real estate portfolio. His principal wish is to leave lasting impacts on his children and grandchildren and also to provide this knowledge to others who wish to secure their financial futures.
